Foundations: Audio and Room Scanning
Our first prototypes tested two critical questions: can players localize targets using sound, and is Quest 3 room scanning plus hand tracking reliable enough for physical interactions.
The audio prototype focused on locating sound-emitting targets and identifying spatial limitations. In parallel, room-mesh collision tests validated catching interactions between hands, virtual objects, and scanned environment surfaces.

Early audio prototype used simple target placement to evaluate sound-based locating behavior.

Initial MR interaction test validated hand and environment collision behavior.
